Sales Executive

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a leading stockholder and machinist of specialist steel. This role, based out of their Rotherham site will be pivotal in identifying and growing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, develop relationships with new clients to expand customer base, nurturing relationships is paramount.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to new and existing clients
• Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, becoming an expert on product line and advising tailored solutions to their needs.

Skills and Requirements

• A proven sales track record within an industrial industry alongside a passion for nurturing and growing business relationship.
• A driven, self-starter who thrives on working cross functionally within teams to optimise results.
• An experienced salesperson with the ability to identify, establish and grow relationships.
• Knowledge of the steel/alloy industry is essential
