My client are a high end residential developer, they operate in the Essex region and are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator for their 5* flagship development in Colchester
Essential Experience:
- Property new build sales experience
- A proven sale track record
Day to day duties:
- Being the main point of contact for the development dealing with customers enquiry's
- Selling from the portfolio of the properties on the development
- Conducting viewings and showing the customer the whole experience of the development
- Ensuring good house keeping in the sales and marketing suite
- Sales Progression & keeping the customer up to date with the completion date and progress of their sale
- Negotiating offers with the assistance of the sales management team
- Dealing with the customer through the whole of the sales process
- Hosting events
