Our client, a global manufacturing company and supplier for soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join their team.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be working in a small team on the phones, zoom and email to provide first class customer service and advise to customers.

As a Sales Co-ordinator your duties will be: 

•  Providing excellent customer service.
•  Assisting customers with online sales.
•  Processing and recording enquiries.
•  Liaising with customers regarding their deliveries and onsite services.
•  Dealing with queries and handling complaints in a professional manner.
•  Assisting with sales strategies.
• Developing sales skills and techniques.

The successful Sales Co-ordinator will have the following skills:

•  Experience within a similar role previously, ideally with B2B experience.
•  Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
•  IT literate/software proficiency (CRM systems & SimPro training provided).
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.

Additional Information

•  28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays plus 4 Grace and Favour days.
•  Company pension.
•  Profit related bonus paid monthly.
• Travel allowance paid if travelling more than 10 miles to place of work.
