Key Account Manager

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 p/a

Benefits: 23 days + stats holiday entitlement, a generous company bonus scheme, and onsite parking.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business who are looking for an outgoing Key Account Manager to professionally manage a selection of key accounts.

Initially, you'll be based internally to gain an in-depth understanding of the clients’ processes. Over time, the role will evolve to include on-site responsibilities and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Key account management
• Maintain accurate information for each account and meet reporting deadlines.
• Nurture and grow key accounts.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for each account.
• Achieve high retention rates and mitigate competitor threats.
• Collaborate with other Key Account Managers
• Provide robust support for new business development, including creating presentations and quotes.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous desk-based account management experience
• Natural sales flair
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate
• Strong organisational skills
