Sales Manager (Chemical/Plastics)

Excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager with a background working in the chemical or plastics/polymers sector who is looking for a senior role with a market leading company.

Do you have experience selling in the chemical, plastics or coatings industries? Are you looking to step into a senior, autonomous role where you will have the opportunity to make this role your own?

This company are a global brand who are well established in the manufacture and sale of a range of specialist products across the world. They provide stock products as well as offering bespoke solutions to meet the specific needs of their prestigious clients. Due to an increase in orders they are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the UK sales force.

In this role you will be in charge of UK sales where you will be required to travel UK wide and develop new business as well as manage existing accounts. This role will require travel across the UK and some overnight stays may be required. This is a home based, autonomous role and will provide excellent opportunities to progress and develop skills within a market leading business.

The Role:

• Travelling across the UK to develop new business and manage existing accounts
• Providing bespoke solutions and innovations to customers
• Senior, autonomous role with further progression opportunities

The Person:

• Previous sales experience in the chemical, plastics or coatings industries
• Hold a Degree or similar in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
• Able to travel across the UK with some overnight stays as required
