Are you an Engineer with a background in Machine Tools or similar looking to move off the tools within a European leading company that offers full autonomy to manage your own desk, uncapped commission and an expected OTE of £65,000 + in your first year?

This industry leading company, established in 1939, are one of Europe's leading suppliers of conventional and CNC machine tools. They design, manufacture and sell a huge range of machines, presses grinders and much more, as well as reselling products from industry partners.

In this autonomous and varied role, you will be managing the sales of the South of England, with a focus on business development and an uncapped commission incentive to rapidly increase your earnings. You will manage accounts, meet with clients and build new relationships either over the phone or in person, using your technical knowledge of the product to sell the benefits to the best of your ability.

This autonomous role would suit a Business Development Manager with a background in Machine Tools or a Service Engineer looking to get off the tools, who is looking to join a well-established and European leading company that offers on the job training, uncapped commission and an expected OTE of £65,000 in the first year.

The Role:

• Accounts management maintaining relationships
• Business development with uncapped commission incentives
• Year 1 OTE £65,000 + , potential to earn 6 figures
• Client liaison both over the phone and in person
• Work in office with regional travel around the South

The Person:

• Sales Manager with a background in Machine Tools or Similar
• Service Engineer or similar looking to get off the tools
• Background in Machine Tools
• Commutable to Southampton, happy to travel
