• Report customer feedback and concerns to the Sales Manager and relevant departments.
• Handle subscription renewals.
• Efficiently record and respond to email and phone inquiries.
• Utilise Word, Excel, and Publisher for various tasks.
• Gather market and customer information to drive sales activities.

 
Qualifications and Requirements 

• Customer service background in an office environment.
• Computer skills, with a preference for previous computer-based experience.
• Experience in contacting businesses via phone and face-to-face.
