Working for a leading Estate Agents in Winchester our client is looking for a new Sales Negotiator to join their busy team

Duties will be many and varied but will include :-

• Speaking to clients and potential buyers
• Conducting viewings and valuations
• Liaising with both internal and external clients
• Dealing with new enquiries
• Putting together sales particulars
• Negotiating offers
• Full involvement with all aspects of the sales property division

The successful candidate will be energetic and hungry for success with an excellent telephone manner and a real interest in the Property Industry

Previous experience within Sales or Lettings would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate

A clean driving licence is essential

The role is office based Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm so candidates need to live locally to Winchester.
