Role: Branch Sales Manager

Package: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus - No Weekend Work!

With a network of branches our client supplies a range of timber and building products to the construction sector.

In cannot be over-stated how important this role is! Maintaining the profitability of the branch as well as the productivity and welfare of the sales team will be down to you. Therefore we require a seasoned sales professional who can impart knowledge and inspire a dedicated team whilst also dealing with some of the larger accounts yourself. The rewards for this role are huge as the possibilities are endless. The company provides an unrivalled range of timber products and have the ability to make highly bespoke products in their mills. There buying power is phenomenal too so the whole package to the customer is very appealing. The salary mentioned above is a starting wage, if you can build on recent changes and improved figures already achieved then you will see significant financial rewards yourself.

This company also deals with a wide range of 'timber buying people'. This goes from National House builders and developers all the way down to small joinery firms and everything in between.

They want someone who wants to work for a successful company, someone with great communication skills, strong attention to detail and superb people skills.

As well as the sales background, you must have knowledge of timber or wood derived panel products too. You don't have to be from a dedicated timber merchant, but if your background is from within the general merchants world then there must be some timber knowledge in your skill set.
