As a Recruitment Consultant at Darwin, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, connecting with industry professionals and forging meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads via phone and email to expand the client base.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice and insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales / business development, preferably within the STEM sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ambitious, results-driven, and resilient attitude, with a hunger for success.
