About Us

We are an innovative renewable energy installation company on a mission to lead the global transition towards a sustainable future. We design, develop, and install custom renewable energy systems – Solar PV, Battery Storage, and EV Charging – tailored to each client's unique needs. Our team is comprised of passionate individuals driven to make a positive impact through cutting-edge renewable energy technologies.

Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven sales Executive to join our expanding team. You'll play a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities within the B2B renewable energy sector.

This consultative sales role will see you working with end clients from the private and public sector, identifying opportunities to save them money and improve their green credentials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and the competitive landscape within the renewable energy sector.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, digital marketing, and industry partnerships.
  • Proactively manage and seek publicly listed tenders or industry-specific tenders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting technical solutions effectively.
  • Prepare, deliver, and negotiate tailored proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Manage and prioritize a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system, regularly updating key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project implementation.
  • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and build strategic partnerships (occasional travel required).
  • Maintain a level of customer service and oversee client satisfaction after service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector, but individuals able to evidence a technical mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with the tendering process for government-funded operations (council, NHS, Defence) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-starter with an ability to identify and secure new opportunities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Full UK Clean Driving License and willingness to travel as needed.
