Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to hire a Trainee Sales Advisor to their team, where you will be required to be the first point of contact for new customers, understanding their requirements and supplying the most relevant solution for their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Sales role, whereby you have been required to make outbound calls whilst also taking inbound calls, building relationships with customers whilst closing sales. This role could also be ideal for candidates looking to make a move into sales, or those with a Customer Service background.

Due to the location of the role candidates will be required to have their own vehicle along with a UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to warm leads generated by partners

- Understand the needs of individual customers, partnering them with the best solution possible

- Work towards both team and individual targets

- Close sales

- Build solid relationships with customers and third parties

- Overcome objections whilst providing relevant feedback to customers

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales environment, where you have been used to liaising with customers on a regular basis

- Taking inbound and making outbound calls

- Used to liaising with customers over the phone

- Used to learning product knowledge and outlining the best and most relevant solutions to clients

- Used to closing sales with customers
