Office Coordintaor - Within a Marketing Agency! 

"    Salary: up to £25K DOE
"    Kelham Island Sheffield 
"    Hours: Full-time with flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday (no weekend commitments). Part-time options are available.

Your day-to-day will vary across tasks including office administration, providing management reports, liaising with clients, customers and suppliers, maintaining a clean and well-organised office, preparing refreshments, diary management, customer service, covering reception, recruitment, assisting with marketing campaigns, providing staff support, updating records, providing online and website updates and assist with chasing paperwork and fulfilling orders.


Responsibilities:

  •   Day to day admin support to a small office
  •    General upkeep of the office, managing office supplies etc. 
  •     MI reporting on B2B figures 
  • Handling cutsomer service enquiries/ speaking with clients on a daily basis
  •     diary management/ booking meetings . 
  •    Customer and supplier liaison
  •     Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
  •     Recruitment assistance
  •     Marketing campaign support
  •     Staff assistance
  •     Record keeping.
  •     Online and website updates
  •     Order fulfilment coordination.

"    Previous office experience 
"    Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities
"    Self-motivated and enthusiastic mindset
"    Punctual and reliable timekeeping
"    Proficient written and verbal English skills
"    Familiarity with IT and Microsoft applications
"    Willingness to learn and adapt with a positive attitude.
