Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a leading supplier of valve and control solutions.
 
The successful Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing new and existing accounts within the industrial valve and control market.
 
The successful Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will have valve experience, such as ball, butterfly, control, pharmaceutical, safety relief, actuators, and or other types of valve and control products.

Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
  • Responsible for managing new and existing accounts within the industrial valve and control market.
  • Identify and target new clients and customers that can benefit from the valve product range on offer.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships by addressing their requirements, concerns, and feedback regarding valves, actuators, and pumps.
  • Handle order processing, pricing, and quotations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Be able to commute to the office in Leicester.
 
Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Internal Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar.
  • Must have knowledge of valves and actuators.
  • Proven track record of Business Development and successful sales.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable  valve supplier.
  • A technical qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
  • Full clean driving license.
