Role: Caravan Sales Advisor

Salary: £28,600 (+bonus + commission)

Hours: 40 (Full time)

Location: Torbay, Devon

We're working with one of the UK's most exciting Holiday Park Groups who are going through some planned expansion to their Sales Team in Devon, and we need a highly motivated, professional and friendly individual to join them!

We want a passionate individual who has already worked within the field who can help deliver a great experience to potential and existing customers for the Group. Their Sales Executives are all focused and driven to meet personal and team targets and hold a strong ethic towards the rest of the team and their customers.

Key Responsibilities & Experience required:

• Sell Holiday Home Ownership onsite
• Generating leads & holding appointments with customers
• To develop and maintain relationships with owners, holidaymakers and local businesses
• To develop and maintain relationships with team members
• To ensure the delivery of caravan ownership to the agreed standards
• Proven sales experience in a customer driven environment desirable but not essential
• Good knowledge and understanding of the park and leisure homes industry
• Experience actively using CRM system, and to become comfortable and proficient
• Comfortable meeting and exceeding sales targets
• A strong communicator
• Enthusiasm, self-motivated and a great team player
