Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading executive search firm in their search for a new consultant to join the team.
This position is unique as you are given a free rein to work on roles in sectors that you have experience in/interest you most. They really are an incredibly supportive team who actively help develop you on your recruitment journey.
DAY TO DAY:
- Sourcing & speaking with candidates for roles
- Proactively searching for new roles
- Researching particular sectors in detail
- Calling prospective clients as well as existing clients
- Accepting briefs and actioning accordingly
- Confidently manging salary discussions between client and candidate
- Liaising with the team to help wherever you can
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Highly competent & reliable
- 1 years recruitment consultant experience
- An excellent communicator
- A real team player but able to easily work independently
- Drive and passion to succeed
- Natural sales skills
- Have strong time management skills
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

This role does require you to be in the office so a car (and driving license!) is required due to their location.
