Sales Representative - Fascias, Guttering, and Conservatory Roofs

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team specialising in the sale of fascias, guttering, and conservatory roofs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and ultimately closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  2. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to demonstrate product offerings and solutions.
  3. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, pricing, and services.
  4. Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
  5. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to continuously improve offerings and address customer feedback.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  8. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  9. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
  10. Keep detailed records of sales activities, including contacts, sales calls, and outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry such as home improvement, construction, or building materials.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  3. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  5. Self-motivated and driven with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
  6. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel to client meetings and sales appointments.
