This is a great opportunity for someone with experience overseeing CAD Technicians, a great eye for detail who is proficient with AutoCAD. The Role: 

• Supporting the CAD Technicians with projects, ensuring they are on track  
• Accurately taking client briefs over the phone or via Teams 
• Creating designs and CAD drawings to the client’s brief 
• Managing key clients 
• Keeping clients updated on progress for projects 
• Managing up to 2 CAD Technicians, providing support 
• Training CAD Technicians on software 
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients 

Skills and Attributes: 

• Experience supervising/overseeing CAD Technicians 
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to spot errors 
• Ability to build rapport with clients 
• Highly organised, ability to meet deadlines
