We are looking to hire a number of Recruitment Resourcers to assist with the attraction of candidates to roles across our group of businesses. Our clients range from SMEs to PLCs and multi-nationals and we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service to our clients and candidates at all times. The Recruitment Resourcer carries out a fundamental role in this process and this represents a great opportunity for candidates with no recruitment experience to kick start their career.

The Recruitment Resourcer will need to be able to use their excellent customer service and organisation skills to proactively source candidates for a range of temporary and permanent positions. To succeed in this role, you should be a confident communicator and be motivated to go above and beyond. We will offer opportunities to develop in your career, either by growing into resourcing management or progressing into into a full recruitment role.

The Recruitment resourcer will be responsible for:

• Sourcing new candidates across multiple channels
• Keeping in touch with and speaking to existing candidates on a regular basis
• Accuately recording information on CRM
• Assisting with temp/contractor payroll and timesheets
• Advertising positions across various platforms
• Carrying out associated admin such as contracts, CVs and mailers
• Engaging with clients ensure complete customer satisfaction
