Want a role that allows you to be out in the field up to 3 days a week?

Looking to be financially rewarded for nurturing and growing predominantly existing customers?

We are delighted to be supporting a well-established, family-run business in Cheltenham. Your role will be to promote the company product portfolio to businesses across the UK.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Increase market awareness of the company and product lines available.
• Create a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Present and work through contracts/tenders to meet customers’ requirements, managing customer expectations.
• Develop strategies to reach sales goals.
• Create, manage, and update forecasts.
• A focus on new business where possible
• Develop relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Ideally you will have worked in a field sales role before or looked after a territory.
• Excellent communication skills
• High degree of personal motivation
• Commercial acumen and comfortable with numbers
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Flexibility about working across all areas of the business and hours to meet the requirements of this challenging position.
• Full CLEAN driving license
