KBB Recruitment are proud to represent a well established merchant business based in Berkshire who are looking for a Bathroom Showroom Manager.
As the Showroom Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the showroom's day-to-day operations while strategically focusing on driving profitability and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining showroom standards on day to day basis
- Producing designs and quotations for both trade and retail clients
- Liaising with area sales representatives
- Winning sales from quotations
- Managing sales order processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a showroom leadership role, preferably within the Merchant industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive profitability
