This position will be full time, 8am - 5:30pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 5pm Fridays, 100% office based.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Sourcing candidates for new vacancies within Construction
- Be able to deal with a fast pace working environment
- Speaking to candidates and building relationships over the phone and face to face
- Learning how to acquire referrals and additional information for clients
- Consulting with the team to help find candidates the right opportunities for each required role
**Requirements**
- You need to motivated, passionate about developing your career and target driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional phone manor
- Work well under pressure
- Hungry for development and targets
