Key Accountabilities
* Managing customer questions and queries via email and telephone.
* Tracking all activity on the company database.
* Quoting customers: using basic maths to come up with quotes for customers, while negotiating prices.
* Building and maintaining long lasting relationships as a means to increase sales and profitability for the business.
* Account management of customers, making sure that each account is regularly engaged with.
* Demonstrating your knowledge of the business's product on a daily basis to your customers.
* Staying agile and up to date with the market and your competitors.
* Collaborating with your team at large to produce the best outcomes for the business. You may interact and communicate with other branches and areas of the business.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience quoting prices to customers, while responding to and meeting their needs and expectations. You will need proven experience of having built relationships with customers that have been long lasting and enduring. The ideal candidate must also have demonstrated abilities of managing customers over the phone and via email, responding to your customer's needs quickly and efficiently, making sure that each need is met.
