Compass Corporate Services are proud to be partnering exclusively with a unique addiction clinic, the only one of its kind in the UK. Based in Cheshire, the clinic offer pioneering treatment programmes which have been a huge success since its inception in 2018. Together we are seeking an established Head of Performance, a role which will add significant value to the enquiry / admission process.          
          
The Role         
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join the organisation as Head of Performance. An action-oriented leader with a track record in sales, pipeline management, CRM implementation, analysis, and operations is needed for this position. You will be managing the admissions team, and capable of guiding and mentoring them towards achieving collective objectives. Previous experience in the health and social care industry is imperative for this role, and your deeply rooted knowledge will allow you to hit the ground running. There is also a need for you to have cross-functional capabilities, you will be collaborating closely with the Marketing Director and Head of Partnerships to ensure departmental alignment. Through your work in this role, you will create a seamless transition for guests from referral to admission, providing support where necessary. As a seasoned CRM and pipeline manager, you will utilise your skills to improve onboarding, activation, and retention of prospects. It is crucial that you have experience with all essential criteria. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role.          
          
Location         
This is an on-site role, situated at the clinic in Cheshire.          
          
Essential Criteria
A proven track record in sales, CRM operations, and pipeline management.
Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and admissions.
Extensive experience with CRM software for lead tracking, client management, and maintaining accurate records.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Capability to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving collective objectives.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and make decisions in a dynamic environment.

Interview Process          
This is a 3 stage interview process. First stage will be a screening process with consultant Isobel Johnson, second stage a formal in-person interview, and final stage a further formal discussion and walk-around.
