Our client are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional that is looking to join a professional, forward thinking, and dynamic business.

Due to expansion our client are looking to appoint an individual to join the business that will be fast tracked into becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser.

Role

• Working within a bright, modern and busy office environment the successful applicant will work within a sales capacity while training and studying for the CeMAP qualification.
• Working closely with the existing team and Mortgage Advisers this opportunity will provide an excellent opportunity for a career minded candidate who is looking to become a Mortgage Adviser.
• Pro-actively generate new business.
• To support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, through to completion.
• Liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers.

Candidate

• CeMAP qualification an advantage however, not essential as our client will pay for study material and exams for the successful applicant.
• Previous sales experience essential.
• Ambitious, forward thinking and driven.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
