Trainee Recruitment Consultant (German Speaking)

The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on an exciting career journey in the dynamic field of XR and AI recruitment. You will work closely with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging with top talent to managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage with German-speaking candidates using various channels
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the recruitment industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with XR and AI technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
