Basic salary £23,000 to £25,000

Commission £300 to £600 (or more!) per month in first year.

We are working with an established Recruitment Consultancy that specialises in a very niche sector to businesses across the UK.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked within Recruitment or Sales previously, or if you would like to!

Vacancies come in from existing clients or via the Business Development Managers in the company, and it would be your responsibility to find the candidates to fill those roles that come in.

Duties will include:

• Registering candidates by interviewing them
• Matching candidates to the vacancies, and then selling the job role to the candidate
• Writing up profiles, submitting shortlisted CVs to the clients
• Arranging interviews
• Calling lapsed candidates
• Finding new candidates

This is an extremely busy and varied role where you will be spinning lots of plates at the same time.  You will also have the pressure of working to targets and KPI’s, so it would not suit someone who doesn’t enjoy hardwork!

The existing team have all been there for between 5 – 15 years, so there is a wealth of knowledge available from them. 

For the first 9 to 12 months you will support the team on the candidate side as you learn the industry and clients.  You will soon be ready to have your own vacancies to work on, and your training will continue.

Earning £45,000 in year 3, OTE.
