Excellent role on offer for a Sales Professional looking to work for a rapidly growing company where you will be joining a unique construction company that focuses on continuous innovation in developing high-level sustainable residential projects.

This growing company specialise in residential and commercial builds using sustainable technology and is revolutionising the way the industry operates. They have recently seen huge growth, due to this growth and expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager who will be instrumental in their growth plans.

In this role you will work a hybrid model, reporting to the office based near Christchurch 3 days per week. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue and spreading the message of eco-friendly building methods. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will have lots of scope to build an effective sales strategy targeting three key clientele; self-builders, bespoke developers, and Architects.

This role requires someone who has a proven track record of sales within a related industry, ideally Construction or Energy. However, candidates with Sales experience outside of those industries with a genuine passion for sustainability will also be considered.

The Role:

• Sales Manager
• Drive company revenue through developing relationships with Self-Builders, Bespoke Developers, and Architects
• Be an ambassador for sustainable focussed residential projects
• Hybrid with some client visits

The Person:

• Proven Track record of sales within Construction or related field
• Passion for sustainability
• Full UK Drivers License
• Live commutable distance to Christchurch
