Are you an experienced CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Adviser looking for a new home based role that offers a genuine opportunity to earn in excess of £55K+ and uniquely offers a 1st year guaranteed minimum salary of £40K, full admin support and all of your appointments pre-booked in your diary?

Please be aware that to be considered for this role you MUST be fully CeMAP qualified and have at least 18 Months experience providing mortgage advice. Advisers from either a single tied or broking background will be considered.

What We Offer!

• Income Guarantee for Mortgage Advisers without previous protection sales experience** will Receive a £40,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months. (Applies to single tied advisers and or those who have no previous protection sales experience)
• Grow your earnings: All Advisers are able to increase their earnings year on year and we expect your OTE in year two to increase to £45K for Mortgage Advisers and £55K for Mortgage & Protection Advisers.
• Promotional Tiers: Subject to achieving your targets you can increase your basic salary and commission rate in year two and onwards* with top performers earning in excess of £60K+
• Remote Working: Fully home based role, with IT equipment provided by us.
• Employed Role: All of our Mortgage Advisers have the security of full time, permanent employment.
• No Weekends: Working Monday to Friday only, with a mix of early and late starts/finishes.

GMC are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for our services from our lifetime customers whose mortgage deals are maturing this year, and we are therefore in need of a number of additional high performing and experienced Mortgage Advisers to join our existing teams of 90+ Advisers.

At GMC we believe we offer one of the best employed Mortgage Adviser roles in the UK. All of our Advisers are provided with fully qualified leads by our Retention Teams, plus they receive full admin support giving them more time to focus on writing business.

Uniquely, our appointments have sign up rates higher than 80% meaning our Mortgage Advisers are performing at the top end of the mortgage market and consistently writing in excess of 16-20 cases every month!

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months experience as a Mortgage Adviser, with CAS.
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
• Must be fully CeMAP qualified.
• Living within a 3 hour commute of our Milton Keynes or Peterborough office and happy commuting once a month as required for team meetings and/or additional training requirements.
