My client is currently looking for an Internal Account Manager, who will be the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of 30-40 customers, with a responsibility to ensure retention and growth of this customer-base. This role is based in Bolton.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, driven, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Internal Account Manager– The Rewards
- Salary up to £28,000
- Fantastic bonus scheme OTE £40K PLUS
- Hybrid working available. (2 days WFH)

- Retention and development of the relationships of a portfolio of customers.
- Building & maintaining a long-term relationship with customers and maximizing potential new revenue streams.
- Acting as the central contact for clients, field-based teams, and Operations
- Manage and control the individual Customer tariffs and respond to quotation requests immediately to support securing the business.
- Proven track record of Account Management ideally within e-commerce / logistics/distribution / similar service-related industries
- Focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on building and strengthening.
- A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
- Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service.
