What you will be doing: As our Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee our sales processes from start to finish, ensuring the quality of our products and managing daily operations. Your base will be at Soho Works Strand 180, with flexibility to work from other Soho House locations or from home. Your responsibilities will include client-facing roles, managing logistics, and ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Full Time (40 hours per week) with the flexibility to work occasional weekend days during summer months for festivals and events. Time spent at weekend events is balanced with time off in lieu. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from Soho 180 Strand and from home throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct involvement in all phases of the sales process, from client engagement to final transactions.
  • Engage directly with diverse clients, including top-tier restaurants and artisanal shops, to enhance their experience with our premium products.
  • Represent Stalwart Crafts at trade shows and food festivals, engaging with potential clients and partners.
  • Create graphic designs of the bespoke branded orders.
  • Develop and execute marketing materials and digital campaigns.
  • Manage customer and supplier relationships through effective use of CRM systems like Pipedrive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a client-facing role within a startup or dynamic business environment.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook, One Drive, Teams) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • A flair for creative problem-solving and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in basic graphic design and email marketing is advantageous.
