Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare Recruitment)

Salary: Up to £,32000 per annum - dependent on experience, plus commission scheme

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: Brentwood, Essex

If you have the attributes to succeed and can deliver the following, a career at Athona could be waiting for you:

• A minimum of 12 months experience gained as a recruitment consultant in a fast-paced sector
• Previous experience in handling high-volume phone calls, both inbound and outbound, and competent in telephone communication. Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• A track-record of demonstrating drive and determination to achieve KPIs and meet targets
• Excellent ability to provide high levels of customer service and represent Athona as a stringent brand ambassador
• Ability to build rapport and strong relationship skills
• Resilience and commerciality.
