Account Manager (remote)

We are recruiting an Account Manager for an established technology business.  The role is a full time remote role (the company has a few locations in the UK).  As Account Manager you can be based anywhere in the UK.

This is a 12 month contract with a view the role could become permanent. 

Key duties:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of dental clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our payment plans and services

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the portfolio of services offered to clients

  • Own the sales cycle and collaborate with the commercial team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication to resolve any issues or concerns

  • Ensure that clients are up to date with product and service offerings, and provide training and education as needed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients and the smooth delivery of services

  • Monitor industry trends and developments to stay up to date with changes in the dental industry and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

  • Work with the Head of Product to develop the product roadmap (based on customer insight and industry trends)

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop a key service and product proposition effectively communicating to the industry on a variety of platforms

  • Attendance at trade events to understand the competition
