£50,000 - £55,000/annum Commission OTE/ Bonus System

We are looking for a Sales Manager for a company based in Fareham, this is an amazing opportunity for an individual looking for a new exciting role!!

PRS are looking for a full-time Sales Manager to work at our client, a very busy operation based in Fareham , which specialise in the distribution of commercial flooring and stair accessory products to customers across the South of England.

Are you a candidate who is an experienced Sales Manager? Looking to manager a team, make relationships with customers and make business booming?! Offering a high salary, a company car and more!

The Role:

  • Managing a team of 4 Sales Reps
  • Working from home with prodromal on the road working
  • Driving sales revenue
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with your customers and colleagues.
  • Implementing or improving processes and procedures by working closely with the sales representatives on the road, as well as the sales office to ensure the best standard of service is offered.
  • Recruit, Train ,support and motivate sales team.
    Provide and demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times
  • Supporting team achieve targets
  • Occasional over night stays
  • Attending meetings and client products information workshops

The Package:

  • Company car of your choice
  • £ 50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum
  • Bonus Scheme- Commission on team and your own sales

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience, Flooring experience advantage but not required
  • Previous Sales manager role experience
    Possess excellent communication Skills
  • Develop and implement sales plans & strategies
    Be numerate and literate
    Have excellent PC Skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
