Remuneration: £80,000 - £120,000 (negotiable) + bonus circa £20,000

The role of the National Sales Manager – Wood Flooring will involve:

• National Sales Manager position selling a high end range of hard wood flooring products
• Will become a Director and sit on the board after probation period
• Managing, developing and coaching a team of 4 external sales professionals looking to double this in the coming years
• Inheriting a team turnover of £4m-£6m looking to grow to circa £20m in the next few years
• Dealing with and selling to architects, interiors designers, flooring contractors, flooring retailers, flooring distributors
• Sell to the trade however want to focus / grow in the commercial sector
• Larger commercial projects can vary from £250k-£1.5m

The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Manager – Wood Flooring with

• Must have interior building products sale experience
• Must be commercially very strong working on large projects
• Must have sold to both specification via architects & interiors
• Must have people management experience or exception senior flooring sales experience
• Would consider a senior A&D specification candidate
• Ideally worked with the trade through flooring distributors and flooring contractors
• Ideally from the flooring industry (more specifically hard wood flooring)
• Must have an eye for design
• Want to make a difference and go above and beyond for clients
