£30,000 - £35,000/annum

Our client is a well-established company in the food industry based on the outskirts of Gloucester and is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Key Account Manager to join their sales department. As an account manager, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and ensuring their needs are met. Your main duties will include:

  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Understand and address client needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor and analyze key account performance and identify opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and key clients.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Prior knowledge of the industry and market trends is desirable.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
