The Company:

Working with a great portfolio of manufacturers across all industry sectors they are in a fortunate position to be looking to grow and strengthen their area sales / account management team.

The Role:
Managing the Southwest territory, you will be responsible for all sales across this geographical location. Working closely with the internal sales support team, you will be expected to manage both end user and distribution accounts into the industrial and manufacturing sectors. It is a busy role where you will be managing a variety of accounts whilst also hunting for new business and challenging the market to switch to your products and solutions.

The Candidate:
You will have previous sales experience within the general manufacturing market. Having sound technical and engineering understanding your commercial sales appreciation and ability is more important than what you have sold. Your ability to manage accounts whilst also hunting for new business is a pre-requisite as well as having excellent organisational and presentation skills.

• You MUST have previous sales experience within the industrial / manufacturing sector ideally cutting tools, abrasives etc.
• Exceptional commercial sales ability coupled with a practical mindset & technical understanding.
• Looking for career development, progression and willing to undertake training.

The Package:
·£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary, plus £15 OTE / Bonus
