The role you'll do
As a Customer Sales Advisor in the Inbound team, you'll be an ambassador for our market-leading brand.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers who need help
* Assist customers calling to register their appliances
* Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs

3-week training programme you'll learn our systems, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experience
37.5 hours on a rotating shift pattern:
* You'll work a flexible 37.5 hour shift across the following hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00, Saturdays 08:00 - 18:00 and Sundays 09:00 - 18:00, 1 in 5 weekends

The experience and skills you need
* A solid background in targeted sales
* A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets
* Proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
* Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
* Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly
