A fast paced SME, owning multiple affordable beauty and wellness brands, covering most categories. Operating globally with an extensive product range, selling via retailers, distributors and wholesalers. Continuing to diversify their offerings and grow the business, this would be an exciting time to join at such a pivotal point.

What will you do?

• Develop and manage multiple accounts including Boots, the Grocers, Holland & Barrett etc
• Construct an effective and viable sales strategy supporting growth across the board
• Business Development across Europe to grow the international side of the business
• Work closely in a small team, reporting into the Sales Director
• Sales forecasting and reporting, full P&L responsibility
• Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure shared objectives are met

What do you need?

• Demonstrable success in driving grocery and high street accounts
• Knowledge and experience within a fast paced FMCG/Beauty brand
• Ability to build robust relationships, a great communicator  
• Excellent commercial acumen and an analytical eye
• Able to work to multiple time critical paths with strong negotiating skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and agile approach
