The position is permanent working Monday- Friday office hours, with a 15.30pm finish each Friday.

We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in sales or account management, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a B2B sales environment.

Duties:

· Responding to enquiries via phone/email

· Contacting new and existing customers by telephone

· Raising quotations and inputting orders

· Reading technical drawings

· Updating customers on their orders

· Following up on customer enquiries

· General office administration and supporting the Sales executives

Required skills

· Strong communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

· Polite telephone manner

· Strong computer skills including MS applications

· Positive attitude

· Willingness to learn and progress
