RecruitWright are conducting a search for a Regional Sales Manager in the South, on behalf of a global leader in coding, marking and traceability solutions. 

The Package: 

• £30,000 - £55,000 salary per annum + uncapped commission 
• Company car

The role: 

• Hybrid role with access to the UK Head Office in Bedfordshire. 
• Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Southern region of the UK.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customised solutions.
• Contribute to the overall success of the UK business by achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience: 

• Proven experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the coding and marking sector desired but not essential as training is provided. 
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. 
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 
• Willingness to travel within the region as required and also some European travel when required. 
• Full UK driving licence is a must.
