What will you do?

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer will vary, but duties include

· Sourcing new candidates via marketing, calling from adverts, job boards, CRM etc

· Video outreach & daily Linkedin marketing (Personal brand)

· Administration & using our AI marketing outreach tools

The bulk of the role will be phone based and outbound call activity will be high.

Don’t worry, you will be in a buzzy and professional environment, where getting on the phone is not daunting. With music in the background, Bluetooth headsets to walk around, and even our office dog Lola to keep you company!

Skills needed to make a successful Recruitment Resourcer?

· A desire to be on the phone and build relationships!

· Energy and resilience. You will be selling live opportunities and acquiring passive candidates. So, a desire to find those hidden gems is essential

· Motivation to succeed. We ideally would love this role to develop into a fully fledged recruiter at some stage

· Experience with outbound phone activity

· Thrive working in a team environment.

Pay

Our Basic salaries range from £24,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience.

OTE with commission typically £28,000-£30,000

Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm
