Area to be covered: East Anglia, South East & parts of East Midlands

Remuneration: £40,000 + bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – External Doors will involve:

• External field sales position selling a comprehensive range of high quality external doors exclusive for the new build market place
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to national and regional housebuilders, developers and buyers such as: Redrow, Persimmon Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Barrett’s etc
• A smaller element you willo be required to managed smaller trade relationships via merchants and contractors
• Dealing with a wide range of order values ranging from around £1k - £50k+ depending on size and scope of the new build developments
• Targets will be set determined on your experience and then potential bonus scheme put in place
• Liaising with internal support staff and marketing team to maximise sales within your territory

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – External Doors with:

• Must have field sales within the construction industry
• Open on products sold
• Open on route to market so will consider people selling to merchants, contractors, housebuilders, local authorities etc
• Experience of developing long term relationships with clients
• Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic
• Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
