Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process. This includes developing job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, running advertisements and job postings, negotiating salaries and offers, and working with hiring managers to ensure successful on-boarding. While the role is located in London, we are open to some remote work.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities; ability to attract and engage top talent
• Strong understanding of hiring practices and employment laws
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience in Building Products & Construction is a plus
• Experience with recruitment CRM systems and ATS systems is a plus
