Sales Administrator

OA are currently working with a well-established, growing organization that specializes in producing and designing sustainable custom sportswear and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to support in processing orders and taking enquiries from existing and new customers.

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
  • £25,000 - £26,000
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Christmas Closure

Sales Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and supporting with enquiries via telephone and email
  • Processing orders and updating customer records
  • Logging all information correctly on CRM System
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Updating customers on status of their orders and demonstrating excellent after-sales care
  • General administrative tasks as required

Sales Administrator – Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks as well as meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in using a CRM and/or order processing system
  • Excellent attention to detail
