Job Title: Head of Sales
Salary:  £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience plus OTE 
Location: Stevenage, Hybrid
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday

SKILLS REQUIRED
·Experience within the catering equipment or food service industry is essential.
·Previous Sales management experience, skilled in developing and motivating a sales team
·Excellent communication skills in order to develop exceptional relationships with staff, clients and suppliers
·Ability to read and understand technical drawings and tenders and ideally have experience in site surveying.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·As the head of sales you will play a pivotal role in generating, opportunities
·Managing your own pipeline and delivering project sales
·Responsible for managing sales team and motivating and developing them
·Working closely with the design, project management and marketing team to maximise sales within your team
