Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth within the Spirits sector Luxury Packaging (Rigid Box) The candidate will have a proven track record within the Sprit's Sector in Scotland and an established Portfolio of Clients.
. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record of achieving targets selling Packaging into the Spirits Sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the Luxury Packaging
