Smart Recruitment is expanding our award-winning team in Yeovil to support the growth of our Temporary and Permanent divisions.

The role of Recruitment Consultant is diverse and challenging, but ultimately rewarding. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will:

• Develop relationships to sell recruitment services to both candidates and clients.
• Proactively attract candidates.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Consult and advise companies on their recruitment plans.
• Grow your business through sales activities on the phone and in person.
• Attend client meetings, either face-to-face or via video conferencing.

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant with previous sales experience, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. If you have a background in sales, we will provide the necessary training.
