IT Sales – Account Executive – Care Software Solutions

This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the leading software vendors in the UK who have a great reputation within the local authority and care sectors. Having seen huge growth both organically and via acquisition they are now seeking to hire a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join its sales and marketing function within the care sector. This is an important hire for the business where you will be working closely with and assisting a small team of Senior Account Executives by qualifying leads (both outbound and inbound) and booking meetings/demonstrations for them with care home providers across the UK. You will also be given the opportunity to close smaller deals (sub £10k). The ideal candidate will be someone looking to develop and progress their career in sales with some prior sales experience (great if software or technology related but open) and good communication/relationship building skills. The sky is the limit as candidates who join this great cultured organisation quickly progress into more senior sales roles once they have demonstrated success.

Candidate Skills Required:

- Proven track record of lead generation, prospecting and booking meetings

- Experience in selling software or technology solutions 

- A minimum of 1-2 years sales experience within a BDR/SDR/lead gen capacity

Candidate Skills Beneficial:

- Care or public sector experience

- Degree educated

- Follows good sales process and methodology
