EV Charging Sales Manager
Location: Cheltenham 
Hours: Fulltime, Permanent  
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + car allowance and bonus  

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic EV Charging Sales Manager to join their team, responsible for managing existing client relationships and building new ones. Key duties include understanding customer needs, implementing sales plans, and achieving team objectives. To be considered for this role, you must have knowledge and direct experience working with EV and chargers, fantastic sales skills and an interest in renewable energy technologies. 

Key Responsibilities of an EV Charging Sales Manager

  • Nurturing existing client relationships while also cultivating fresh ones to enhance sales and business expansion. 

  • Executing sales strategies and plans. 

  • Guaranteeing client satisfaction and delivering tailored experiences through adherence to the sales protocol. 

  • Overseeing CRM/Sales tracking systems to pinpoint trends and sales trends. 

  • Maintaining abreast of industry insights via reputable publications. 

  • Contributing to team objectives by accomplishing team targets. 

  • Harmonizing with Sales and organizational aims to further the overarching mission. 

  • Maintaining a steadfastly elevated standard of professionalism in client interactions. 

Key Skills of an EV Charging Sales Manager

  • Experience with EV and specifically EV chargers.

  • Must have driving licence and own car 

  • An understanding of renewable energy and technology. 

  • Experience in a sales, account management or BDM role.  

  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team. 

  • Exhibits excellent organisational skills. 

  • Achieves sales goals and possesses negotiation skills. 

  • Tailors sales approach to meet customer needs. 

  • Plans and executes sales strategies effectively. 

  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with clients. 

  • Manages sales processes efficiently. 

  • Capable of producing comprehensive reports.
